Château d'Estoublon

A Provençal estate brought to the German-speaking trade over five years of sustained work.

Château d'Estoublon is one of the great estates of Provence — a working olive farm and winery producing some of the finest olive oil and rosé wine in France, within a classified historic property that also houses a boutique hotel and a museum dedicated to the history of the olive.

We worked with Château d'Estoublon from the outset of our practice, and the engagement lasted more than five years. The mandate was to build the estate's position in the German-speaking markets — a substantial growth opportunity for both the wine and the olive oil lines — and to hold the international standing that came with it.

On the commercial side, we opened and structured the German trade: identifying and qualifying premium importers and fine food retailers, and building the partnerships that carried both collections into the right distribution network.

That commercial work was supported by bringing category editors and food writers directly into the world of the estate. Curated evenings in Berlin, Munich and Hamburg gave editors the full sensory experience of Estoublon — from the oil to the rosé to the landscape of Provence itself — and estate visits let the same journalists see the harvest, the mill and the place that produces everything on the table.

The result was a durable retail and hospitality presence across three countries, held over years.
