Château Margüi

From a private Provençal estate to the official wine of the Cannes Film Festival.

Château Margüi is a private wine estate and boutique hotel set in the hills of Provence, between Brignoles and Barjols. The property produces exceptional rosé and red wines from its own vines, and receives guests in a small number of luxurious rooms surrounded by forests and lavender fields.

When we began working with Château Margüi, the estate was known within French wine circles but had little visibility in the international premium media or hospitality trade. Our mandate was to position it as a world-class destination — both for wine and for travel.

Over the years that followed, we built a communications programme that combined long-term media relations with a series of carefully curated press events. We organised press dinners and tastings for international journalists, arranged editorial visits to the estate, and developed the brand’s narrative as one of the most distinctive wine-and-hospitality addresses in Europe.

The most significant milestone came with the Cannes Film Festival partnership. We developed and managed Château Margüi’s participation as the official wine partner of the festival — one of the most prestigious cultural events in the world. This included the complete content production and press coordination for the partnership, as well as an exclusive press event during the festival, bringing together journalists from GQ, Tatler, and Business Traveller.

The results were both tangible and lasting: sustained coverage in Condé Nast Traveller, the Financial Times, FAZ, Tatler, and Falstaff, and a firmly established international reputation as a destination where wine, landscape, and art converge.
