Neuhaus

Introducing Belgium's finest chocolatier to the German trade with the precision the heritage demands.

Neuhaus is the house that invented the Belgian praline — a fact that speaks for itself in any conversation about the history of fine chocolate. Founded in Brussels in 1857, Neuhaus has been crafting chocolates of extraordinary delicacy for more than 160 years, and its name carries a weight in the world of confectionery that few brands can match.

Our mandate was to introduce Neuhaus to the German market with the depth and precision a brand of this heritage deserves — not simply as "Belgian chocolate" but as the originator of an art form, a house with a story as rich as what is inside every ballotin.

We built a focused programme that positioned Neuhaus with premium lifestyle and gastronomy editors in Germany — writers who take food, culture and considered consumption seriously. The story we told was one of provenance, craft and history: the story of a house that has been doing one thing better than almost anyone else for over a century.

A central pillar of the work was a series of curated tastings — intimate gatherings that allowed buyers, journalists and opinion formers to experience the full Neuhaus range in a setting that reflected the brand's elegance. They were designed not as press opportunities but as genuine introductions, where the quality of the product could speak for itself in the right company, at the right table.
